Upgrading existing ACE Client (Receiving) Computers will be a different process depending on the following factors:
- Existing Version Installed
- Method used to install the original ACE Client software
Determine Your Existing Version
To determine your existing ACE Client version, follow the below steps
- Login to a Computer that has ACE Client Installed
- Right Click the ACE Client icon in the system tray

Click the About option (As shown above)

A screen will appear, make a note of the Client Version number, which is in the format: x.x.x.x

ACE Client upgrades have changed in various versions. Therefore it is important to upgrade ACE Client in the correct manner depending on the version you have installed. Please follow the below articles depending on the version you have identified in the above step.
