When you minimize ACEmessage (sending) and then right click the application in the taskbar and Close/Exit.  The application will not 're-open' correctly when launched (It will open minimized and not allow maximize).  This is due to values stored in the user.config file on startup/exit of the program.  Minimizing the application then right-clicking to close saves values which are too high in the application, then it will never allow successful re-opening of the application.
